I've got protection disabled on 3 of my worlds - In these worlds there are subregions where abilities are SEVERELY (and vastly) restricted and mobs don't spawn unless one of the developers spawns them in.
In one of these worlds, in one of the subregions I was hoping to utilize the chest mob riding capability, but even with protection disabled in that world the protection for chest mobs persists.
Is there any way that you could change that from global to per world? (I legitimately don't know, hence the question - If not I completely understand.)

This is relevant to the issues we discussed on your discord some time ago regarding certain protections not disabling when told to in the config in certain worlds.
Working on a better way of checking the disabled in world list (for all protections). Which will hopefully prevent protections from slipping through. If you're running 1.18+ and paper you can probably switch this protection off.
