Some say that Blend for Visual Studio can actually help, but what I did to recreate the XP Silver theme and fix a bit of the XP Blue theme was simply by editing the theme .xaml in any text editor and checking for any changes after re-running RetroBar for each one made for almost two weeks. It may not seem easy to some, but it is possible and may require a bit of your time and sanity to understand the XAML language (at least as of this writing).
