Install the quickstart from the guided template https://aws.amazon.com/quickstart/architecture/heptio-kubernetes/
Once installed and ssh'd into the cluster, navigate to https://scanner.heptio.com/ and click 'scan your cluster'.
From there, copy and paste the kubectl apply line, and execute the command on the ssh'd environment.
Once complete, the scanner web-page will refresh, with the results that can be downloaded.
