Make countWords take two arrays: wordsToCount and countedWords ?

If countedWords is empty:

wordsCounted = { docs: 0, words: [] }

Else, just continue with the countedWords-input when counting from wordsToCount
Should have a start from scratch flag true/false. True to be default?

Maybe take arrays of arrays. Top level contains documents, rest is just document parts like paragraphs etc.

• Take array of arrays and flatten all beneath top level, then extract.

Oooooor: make the stopword-trainer-cli do things a bit more easy and keep stopword-trainer without words-n-numbers dependency.
