SBT dependency from public repo

Could you put this code somewhere public so we can actually use it in a real project ( as in: a project with SBT, or Maven managed dependencies)

@edgefox made the changes and I just pushed scala-kafka jars to https://oss.sonatype.org/content/groups/public/ly/stealth/scala-kafka/0.1.0.0/ and should be in maven central in the next ~ 24 hours (once it is there will close this and update the README)
