Leather Water Sac - For TerraFirmaCraft

This adds a new item Leather Water Sac that can be used for 12 drinks the size of a water bottle. Can be refilled and is made out of, 2 x Leather, 2 x WoolYarn and TFC Knife.

The Knife is not consumed but gets a damage.
