Ingame Noteskin/Judgment/Toasty downloads

This should, in theory, be fairly simple. However, I'm not sure how useful this would be without ingame noteskin previewss (Which would mean downloading a preview image, and then having it be displayable via RageActors or w.e, and then probably exposing that to lua somehow in a sane way. Which is a fairly big can of worms compared to just ingame noteskin downloads).

Anyways, I'd apprecciate some thoughts on weather or not this is worth the effort.
