Very rare bug. It appears that somehow someone has managed to merge Peter Lustig's OP from German Dump Mini Pack 3 and Over the Fullereneshift from Sharpnelstreamz v3.

The difficulties from the sharpnelstreamz chart have been placed supplementary to the chart in GDMP3. The original difficulty from the German Dump chart is still present in the list as a second HD diff.

This causes a reoccurrence of the bug where you can set "legitimate" scores by exiting charts early. There seems to be no solid way to reproduce this.
It could be related to the fact that the sharpnelstreamz chart has 8 difficulties, and one of those difficulties is an exact lift from a file in Oh Henry Stamina which has 1 diff as well as one diff from a chart in sharpnelstreamz v2. (They match chart keys and setting a score on the diff on either file counts for both in the client)

In addition to this information, somehow the player is unable to search for the file in sharpnelstreamz v3 by typing "over the fullereneshift." It simply does not appear.

It seems that no action was taken to specifically cause this other than "leaving the game opened for about 20 hours and restarting."

Another report of this.
It seems that another player has merged World Domination How-To from Azure into Light my Fire from Skwid 8

still no clear cause
