Silent (malformed?) MP3 causes garbage audio output & eventual crash on music loopback #910

The file 1h54m JS has silent audio. This silent audio is a 768 byte mp3 which is essentially empty. Loading this into chart preview causes a crash, but only if you scroll to the end of the song and wait for the end of the file to pass. After it passes, wait a short amount of time and eventually it happens.

This crash happens within the MP3 reader.

Update - this is not a consistent crash. Low loaded song counts appear to let this issue slide under the radar no problem...?

Note: I was not able to reproduce this with either song on macOS.
I didd have a low song count, though, when testing, so possible duplicate of above.
