Determine the required installed vc++ redist and dx redistributables for the particular arch and just put em in.
Off the top of my head I believe we require vc++ 2013, 2015, and directx9 (particularly june 2010 sdk/d3d9_43)

also to keep in mind: x86 vs x64 redists
