Add ability to use filter tab with only keyboard

Feature idea:
Add some ability to switch between making various filter tab elements active with the keyboard only for greater ease of use.
Think like tabbing between input elements in a website.

I think this would be nice since I spend >95% of the time in Etterna using keyboard controls only, so having to switch back to the mouse at times is a bit annoying.
