Error during "make install"

While running "make install", I am getting the below error:

cp: cannot stat '/home/ubuntu/Desktop/testing/Reptile/scripts/../output/cmd': No such file or directory
cp: cannot stat '/home/ubuntu/Desktop/testing/Reptile/scripts/../output/reptile': No such file or directory
ERROR!

How to resolve this?

you need to do make before make install
if you did, then the make command returned error some how
