Feat - allow setting midi channel

JackAss is really good for getting MIDI data out of DAWs and into pretty much anything else, but it doesn't provide a way to change the midi channel that it outputs events to, thereby requiring the use of an external plugin and plugin host to send them to a different channel. If JackAss could provide an option to change which channel events are sent to, that would make it a lot easier to use for some tasks.
