16S display of Kraken2 and Bracken reports

Hello,
we have analyzed 16S amplicon data with Kraken2 and subsequent Bracken quantification, Both report files could be imported to Pavian, but the Bracken report files do not display any values in the classification summary overview. The Kraken2 reports seem to be ok.

Is there a post-bracken modification step required to load bracken reports (as described for centrifuge)?
