Research adding feedback box to the API swagger page

What we're after: Want to consider adding some kind of feedback mechanism for API users. We may be missing those individuals who don't want to directly interact with the agency via email or by entering a github issue. We should provide a way for folks to just share thoughts on what they think can be improved in the API - which may or may not include bugs.

• Is our FEC.gov feedback box an option?
• Are there alternatives to getting this same general feedback from our API users?

Completion criteria:

• Determine whether this is viable, and if so, followup tickets for implementation are created
