The version ps2 not working in OPL 1.2 (last version and older), apparently for using a MC bigger than 8mb or using exfat.
I always get black screen, SLUS or SCES region. It seems that the cause is due to the size of the MC?
I use MC 64mb, PS2 Slim SCPH-70004, OPL 1.2 beta 2016, MX4SIO in exfat. Thanks.

Unfortunately I cannot test this because I still don't have a PS2.

I have realized new tests and I have already detected the real cause. The game works good with opl 1.2, with fat32, with exfat, with any size of MC. It just doesn't work when I use it on MX4SIO (and not USB), when I use the port /: MC1. There is some kind of conflict in the game with this port?, please help me to solve it

@fgsfdsfgs, to fix this issue you need to add support for VMC and exFAT or add save to USB instead of MC.

Also here user @bobox911 writes that he can't play your port because he doesn't have an MC.

By the way, here they report that your port has audio issues if you use the latest SDK.

It seems that it is a problem with the MC0 and MC1 ports. It is as if when running the MX4SIO (in an MC port), it creates a conflict when saving the game and finally not working. That's why in USB it works good (and DVD too).

I'm sure the developer @fgsfdsfgs can fix it. I tried to creating the VMCs at the suggestion of @10522 but doesn't work because the game doesn't support them. Exfat apparently is not the problem, it is compatible by usb, that I have been able to test.
