I have a po file already semi-translated.

If i try attranslated, and it translated all the remaining phrases, how i should easily know what are these phrases?
Poedit has a feature that says "needs work" when they are pre-translated.

Dont know how that feature works. However, attranslate can add some key phrase like "NEEDSWORKS" before all translated lines by it. I dont know if this already happening.

Especially for pofiles that are already semi-trasnalted this will be huge addon if this does not already exists.

I think the marking of new entries might be a good idea for some users, therefore I implemented your suggestion with PR #271.

You can try it out by upgrading your attranslate to 2.1.4.

But keep in mind that this is still an experimental features so there might be some rough edges.
