Offline capability

Ability to work in the app when offline and then sync back to app all of the additions/changes. User is able to navigate the system, add and edit data while working offline. When system is back online, changes are synced back to the system. Notes 11/7 - “Electron application” Can build application when connected to internet they’re syncing, but when offline can add things. This would be an add-on to what we’re currently building. No need to re-build.
