Flowplayer OVP for WordPress

This plugin allows you to easily embed your videos from your Flowplayer Online Video Platform account to your WordPress posts.

Install

Uploading in the WordPress dashboard

1. Download the zip file
2. Navigate to the 'Add New' plugins dashboard
3. Navigate to the 'Upload' area
4. Select the zip file from your computer
5. Upload
6. Activate the plugin on the WordPress Plugin dashboard

Manually through FTP

1. Download the zip file
2. Extract to the flowplayer-ovp directory to your computer
3. Upload the flowplayer-ovp directory to your wp-content/plugins directory
4. Activate the plugin on the WordPress Plugins dashboard

Configure

1. Navigate to 'Settings' -> 'Flowplayer OVP'
2. Find your Site ID and API key from your Flowplayer OVP workspace settings page. You can follow the link from the settings page.
3. Copy the Site ID and API key to corresponding fields
4. Save settings

Use

1. In post editor place the cursor to a location you want to embed the video. It's a good idea to insert the video on a new blank line.
2. Click the 'Add Media' button above the editor
3. From the left side of the opened modal window select 'Add Flowplayer embed'
4. Browse for the desired video and select it by clicking
5. From the right column choose the player you want to use. Player configurations are made in the platform.
6. Click 'Insert into post' to embed the video into text
