[Feature Request] Doomscroll escape to close app as well as exit

Hi! I am really impressed by this app. Extremely well made.

It would be brilliant if the "doomscroll escape" feature actually closed the app so it doesn't appear in your open apps menu. There are two reasons for this:

1. It would remove the temptation to reopen it when you see it in your open apps.
2. Even if you do reopen the app, shutting it would reset the scroll progress to the top, making it so you can't just pick straight back up where you left off.
