Describe the bug

My phone was on Chinese to begin with.

Then I switched to English as my Android OS language while keeping Chinese as secondary as I need to use the IME from time to time.

Now snapdrop always stuck on Chinese even if I reinstall the app.

Steps to reproduce the bug

Use Chinese as the only language for Android system.
Add English and switch English as primary language.
Install snapdrop
