22届毕业，7月入职，10月开始裁应届生，三个BG，创新BG裁员70%，百布BG裁员50%，全布有盈利未裁；23年9月份，再次开始裁员，目前了解整个公司一直在裁员；22年7月职工人数3000多，23年9月只剩1000多，估计快撑不下去了

公司公关到处控评，脉脉上相关帖子全被删除，offershow上还能看到一些评论，裁员补偿只有0.5月
