Can't add Stevia in Xcode 15.4:

Showing All Errors Only
Failed to resolve dependencies Dependencies could not be resolved because 'stevia' >= 6.0.0 contains incompatible tools version (6.0.0) and root depends on 'stevia' 6.1.0..<7.0.0.

Tried older versions - 5.1.4 is ok. Where is the minimum swift version specified for SPM?
