Spotify Not Working in Android 9

What happened?

Spotify not playing anything

What's Working :

Searching music , Importing Playlist , Importing Liked Playlist , Importing Channels.

What's Not Working :

Playing Music.

Issue Details:

When Click on any music it seems to be just stuck at PAUSE button and not doing anything. Clicking on PAUSE button doesn't do anything either. Music is just paused and not playing. There's not error showing , It just stuck on PAUSE

Yes , Music is playing and Spotify is working like it should on browser ( Tried on Google Chrome and Brave ) with and without logging in the same account that I use in Spotify plugin on Grayjay.
