Use Cases

Maybe it's just me not knowing how to use the app properly, but when I want to use PeerTube, I want to add the instances of the creators I follow. I couldn't find the option to do that, and there was only the instance of the futo creators, which is nice, but not what I want to watch regularly.
I want the option to add one or several PeerTube instances that I watch and get feed from those.

Proposal

Please add the option to add one or more peer-tube instances that I can watch and get updates for.

There is already a plugin for that:

I could have never known about it if I did not post on GitHub. I do not think this is an accessible way for most people.
I would like to change this issue to adding this feature within the app or at least adding a link to the online tool within the app. Though having it within the app is definitely a way more accessible method to do this.

Actually, never mind. I just tried out the feature and the result it produces just don't work. I get weird recommendations in my home page from different peertube instances I'm not signed up for that when pressed on just don't work and whenever I do any search within the instances nothing shows up.

I would appreciate a more official way to do this within the app that produces consistent results and not so janky.
