webm videos stopping

What happened?

some videos have webm instead of mp4 and all the webm videos stop and cant be turned back on, i tried force stopping and clearing cache and unfortunately they didnt work
"failed to get IOS stream data, fallback to ump" is the error i used to get

no, it just stops at 1min, the duration is just the normal video duration

tried opening a new video and it does have that duration and it doesnt play
