Is it possible to add synopsis to a build workflow as you can with tasks? Now when I ask all the tasks/workflows with the questionmark only the task synopsis is shown and the synopsis for a workflow is empty.

Not that I know of. I think this is a question better asked in https://github.com/nightroman/Invoke-Build which is what is used to call the tasks and meta tasks (workflows).
