Install qiime tools at ORG: minimally qiime_alpha_diversity and qiime_beta_diversity

These allow inputs that are not in a qva/qzv artifact. Very useful for microbiome workflows!

We could expand this to grab everything in the Qiime package. ORG only has Qimme2 (yes? or am I missing it?). EU has both.
