Chome Extension UI doesn't properly support display scaling.

I have the extension (0.0.26) installed in Chrome (66.0.3359.181) on Windows 10 and have two screens. One is scaled at 250%, which works fine, and the other at 100%, which is where the problems are. Any mouse interaction with the Luminous UI seems to be off by 250%, i.e. to click on any of the options the mouse has to be 40% of the way relative to the top left corner of the UI - this makes any interaction with the plugin all but impossible.

This is probably a Chrome bug.
