NOTE: This is not backwards compatible with v0.2.x of grasshopper core.

Migration instructions (content collection):

1. move type into the meta collection
2. move node into the meta collection and change from node : {_id: '526d5179966a883540000006', displayOrder: 1} to just node: '<id>'
3. add labelfield to meta collection which should be the first field defined in the content type
