Dear Professor Gregory Way,

We are very interested in the method you developed. When we built the conda environment, there was such a problem (or warning) that it failed to create successfully. Can you give us some guidance?

Hi Cheng, can you provide details on your CPU? Are you using an M1/M2 chip? We've had trouble with these apple chips + conda in the past.

Dear Professor Gregory Way,

Thank you for your patient answer! Here are the details of my CPU:

The first time I defaulted to the pip of python 2.7, when I used the pip of python 3.9 by default, there seemed to be no such problem.
But in the end, I haven't been able to install it successfully. I got the following feedback, maybe my device needs to be updated. I will try to update it first. I will consult with you later, thank you!

Dear Professor Gregory Way,

I'm still very interested in your biobombe, I think it's a great job.
However, when I manually configure the environment, I find that the last three URLs are not available. Do you have a web address available there?

We would be very honored to have your help, thank you!

Best,

Cheng

@Mingjiang-git

I think hetio moved to:
https://github.com/hetio/hetnetpy
and hetmech moved to: https://github.com/greenelab/connectivity-search-analyses

Are you also having trouble accessing the tybalt repo if you replace those two URLs with the new locations?
