Unable to complete question

I've encountered a bug where a user can no longer receive a "completed" status with this activity from answering the correct question (finding the correct hotspot). In the tested H5P activity the student has to receive a grade to have the activity marked as completed but this is never achieved, the activity remains in "Not completed" state even when the student answers correctly. I tested in two different 3.9 Moodle sites and the same problem occurred in both. Current version used were 'Find the Hotspot (1.8.17)'. I also tested an older version in a 3.7 Moodle where it worked as intended (same type of activity and settings). The version of the H5P in that Moodle was 1.8.6.
