Add error message for unset citation DB path

After installing the plugin, I forgot to add the citation database path. When I tried to use the plugin, it said that it was loading the database so it took a bit until I became suspicious and noticed my own mistake. So it might be a nice addition to have some extra screen to indicate that the path is unset in that case.
