Set some ENV variables

export AWS_DEFAULT_REGION="us-east-1"
export STACK_NAME="hkfs"

Destroy the VPC via Cloudformation stack deletion

aws cloudformation delete-stack --region ${AWS_DEFAULT_REGION} --stack-name ${STACK_NAME}
