Level 12 is not much right now. The quotation marks used to add that you could make lists with items that were more than one word. But we've changed that so you can already do that in levels before that. The only really different thing is that the quotes are mandatory (without adding value to the kids). This makes the level quite boring and the students have to 'wait' very long before they get introduce with the relatively simple elif command...
Maybe we should introduce the elif command in level 12 instead of in level 17? @Felienne, what do you think?
I can change the content. But there are probably some more changes needed in the background if we want to do this.

Decision that was made in the meeting two weeks ago is to move functions into level 12, so for now no elif. But we can still discuss the placement of elif, so I am leaving it open for now!
