token-list: Adding a new token to Scroll

1. Go to the issues tab: https://github.com/scroll-tech/token-list/issues
2. Click "New issue"
3. Click "Get started" next to "Add ERC-20 token"
4. Fill out the form and submit!

A PR will be opened automatically to add a new token to token list. Once this PR is merged (Scroll team will handle it as soon as possible), you will need to wait another ~5 minutes and refresh the page to see the new token. Example:
