Add ingredient group support for Sallys Baking addiction

Requesting support for ingredient groups on https://sallysbakingaddiction.com. Since her recipes are relatively complex it would be nice to have support for ingredient groups to distinguish which ingredient pertains to which group. This is important as for example in the first recipe we have butter which appears multiple times for different aspects of the recipe it is important to know which pertains to which group
