OK, this time no more mumbo jumbo :p

If we are considering to have http://hime.github.com/, the bad news is it's already taken, but http://hime.bitbucket.org/ is still available. The setup of this kind of things is the same in two sites. We need to have a user registered with "hime" as the username, and then create a repository named hime.bitbucket.org or hime.github.com in the site under the user. Take hime for example. One man needs to create hime account and manage it. The issue tracker, wiki, and other settings will be in the main repository of hime.

This will be the main reason for me to seriously advocate for bitbucket.org. I do think hg is more useful than git, but both tools are good for any project. Gh is good as well, but actually bb has many advantages over gh too.

If we do consider the migration, I'll say it should be carried out the sooner the better, before the migration becomes painful. I will be willing to materialize it if there's a favorable decision.
