Is there a possibility to install dependencies parallel from vcs like git? I have like 10+ dependencies and they are definitely not installed async/parallel and it is quite slow.

You should setup a satis-server that tracks your private Bitbucket repository and publishes *.zip for their branches/releases. That's the only way to speed up your development.
