camel case consistency issue #5

"is there any particular reason why you are following camelCase in only some of the enrollments fields? i.e. in https://hslynk.com/hmis-api/index.html#/default/GET_clients-clientid-enrollments-enrollmentid-healthinsurances some are camelCased, some are not"

Note, please complete a patch API version update
