If we want support for multiple still image files + position each of them individually + animate each of them individually, it may be easier to enter all the details using a ui?

Not planning to add support for individual animations. Blender Video Sequence Editor does the job, no need to reinvent. But can think of UI. First step would be to add option to "open ini file" instead of just opening the hardcoded ini file named OCVWarp.ini in current directory.

Todo - put the cvui after the file open, so that we can generate a preview of anglex, angley etc.
