Program fails with an error similar to: Untwine Error: Unable to convert scaled value (NaN) to int32 for dimension 'X' when writing LAS/LAZ file. when no bounds are available from the input. This can happen with a format that has no bounds in a header the the PDAL inspect() function doesn't read all points.
