We have the original data on Google Sheet.

Also add chlorophyll content.

For photosynthesis start from Amanda's LRC.R script

Light compensation point and dark respiration does not seems to be a trait in APC (ask them to add). Will leave this to later.

Not sure what the unit of chlorophyll content is, see product spec https://www.optisci.com/ccm-200.html possibly dimensionless.
