USAGE:
    chip8-rs [FLAGS] [OPTIONS] <rom>

FLAGS:
    -d               Start with debug mode
    -h, --help       Prints help information
    -V, --version    Prints version information

OPTIONS:
    -f, --fps <fps>    Specify FPS [default: 700]

ARGS:
    <rom>    Input file
