Bob is a free signal-processing and machine learning toolbox originally developed by the Biometrics group at Idiap Research Institute, Switzerland. The toolbox is written in a mix of Python and C++ and is designed to be both efficient and reduce development time.
This package contains Bob's Python bindings, allowing you to import and use
bob directly from your Python prompt. It is the fastest way to develop your
applications.
To install a fully functional version of this package you will use
zc.buildout a deployment extension for Python. It is not a problem if you
don't know what zc.buildout is. You only need to know, in case you want to
make modifications,
