微信公众平台网站无法打开 #53

换了新电脑后发现微信公众平台总是打不开，打开debug，发现各种乱七八糟保存，后来切换到手机网络发现一点问题没有，这时候为就怀疑网络有问题，我一直认为移动的网络垃圾，我手机是电信的，所以会经常通过切换到电信网络发现移动宽带的各种坑。
然后我开始看域名解析地址，发现在电信下解析的是ipv4，在移动下解析的是ipv6，但是在ipv6的的各种js和css访问失败，导致无法打开公众号，所以果断关闭电脑的ipv6，瞬间一切都顺畅了。

这里要说明下dns解析可能会给出多个地址，再系统支持ipv6的情况下会优先使用ipv6，因为我关闭了电脑的ipv6支持，所以只会有ipv4
