vsync not working on PS2 #154

Don't know why vsync doesn't work on PlayStation 2 when toggled ON. Screen tear is annoying. PS2 is connected to an lcd tv.

@fjtrujy has thankfully supplied a patch for fixing this. Please try the ps2 version from https://github.com/irixxxx/picodrive/actions/runs/12757694214 and report back if this fixes your problem.

hi there. thanks for the reply.
I downloaded the "PicoDrive_ps2_2.02-c767d68.zip" from the link and ran it on my ps2.
the screen tear issue got a lot better but it's not completely gone. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.
