ET thorn did not build because of wrong source archive format

-Added experimental Einstein Toolkit thorn for building ReprimAnd library
-Fixed minor bug affecting some EOS sanity checks

Version 1.1 of the ReprimAnd library.

This is the exact version described in the final paper as published in Phys. Rev. D

This is the first public release and the version described in the corresponding arxiv preprint.
