Adapt to new Target Platform

- javax.activation 1.2.2 has been replaced by jakarta.activation-api
where
the exported package version is 1.2 (and not 1.2.2)
- javax.anotation has been replaced by jakarta.anotation-api
- Adapt API
- Change default settings of wild web developer back to previous state
for tests to avoid validation errors
