Modify Mercury config outside mercury.js

It would very great not to change source file mercury.js, but some external config file.
And the options in this config should be merged with default config in mercury.js
We change source files, and this can cause to loose changes while applying a new versions of Mercury source files.
The ideal case can be to pass extra config while initializing Mercury, or to use some methods to set some exact options and pass our own values for this
